We went to a very successful bridal show and thoroughly enjoyed meeting brides that are looking to get married in 2010 and 2011. Jamie and I both decided we LOVE to feel the brides excitement when she is talking about her wedding with such a sparkle in her eyes.
One story that stood out the most is that there are a few couples that were wanting to get married in the mountains at approx 9,000 feet high – or higher! For those photographers that haven’t shot in the mountains before, to say that the light changes rapidly is an understatement. It is most definitely a more challenging situation than having consistent light. After spending a good 5-10 minutes talking to the two couples, that really got us thinking that we should spend more time educating couples on how to find a photographer that best suits them and their needs/vision.
